    C1: The ski club will be taking their first trip to 7 springs this Friday night. If you have not yet turned in your permission form and money please do so to Mr. McCombie by Wednesday, January 16th.
     
    The 4th Pennsylvania Math league Exam will be held today at 11:10 in room S106. Please sign up with your Math teacher.
     
    C3: The UPMC Hillman Cancer Center Academy is taking applications now through February 8th. This is an 8 week experience running from June 10th to August 2nd. Students chosen will spend their summer working on a cutting edge research project while receiving mentorship from Pitt faculty and researchers. Applicants must be over the age of 15. Any student wishing to apply should see Mr. Princeton in the 11/12 office for more information.
     
    Attention Seniors and Juniors:  If you would like to be a 6th grade camp counselor, applications are available in the 11/12 office. Counselors are needed in the following areas: General Group counselors, Certified Lifeguards, Art, and Fishing. If you are able to help with Rifle and Archery, the hunter safety course completion is required. The deadline to apply is Friday, February 15.  If you are interested, do not delay in completing and turning in your application.  Available spots will fill fast.   
     
     Are you interested in using the library's 3D printer but missed previous training sessions? Miss Riebel will once again be offering training during Lunch & Learn. There will be 3D printer training during Lunch 1 today and during Lunch 2 for the rest of the week. Sign up on FlexTime Manager if you are interested. 
     
    There will be an informational meeting about the Latrobe Winter Games this friday in C106 during Lunch and learn two. Both students and faculty members can compete in the events. If you cannot attend the meeting but are still interested, please e-mail Devin Watson as soon as possible. 
     
    C3: All seniors are asked to check your school email for diploma information.  All diploma forms need to be completed and submitted by the end of January.
     
    The Greater Latrobe Interact Club is teaming up with the Ligonier Interact Club to host a Lip Sync Battle in the Ligonier auditorium on Friday, February 15th. All Latrobe and Ligonier high school students and teachers are invited to participate in the battle with a group of their choosing. There will be prizes for the top three acts! More information will be distributed later, but start forming your groups now to get you song and routine ready! Please check your email and fill out the google form that was sent to you as soon as possible. We will be back after this video about the event. 
     
    All 9th through 12th grade girls interested in playing High School Soccer next year should attend an informational meeting on January 29th at 5:30pm in the High School Cafeteria.  The meeting will also discuss the Icebreakers indoor soccer tournament.
     
    This is the last chance to buy your yearbooks. The deadline is January 31st. The cost of each book is only $91. Additional information can be found on the school district website.
     
    C3: The National College Fair is being held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center on Thursday, February 7 and Friday, February 8.  Please stop by the 11/12 waiting area for more information.
     
    Do you love to sing?  Auditions for the Greater Latrobe Chamber Choir will be held on February 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th after school.  Stop by the choir room to pick up audition materials and sign up for an audition time slot outside of the choir room.  Not quite ready for an audition?  Concert Choir is an incredibly talented ensemble open to all voices, no audition necessary!  The Greater Latrobe Choirs look forward to singing with you next year!
