    C1: The chess club will meet today during lunch and learn in Ms Doyle's room, C212.  Make sure to record your wins and losses so we can make our bracket for the end of the year tournament. 
    Senior language students applying for Global Scholar status are reminded that your completed portfolio is due today. Please submit your portfolio to your world language teacher. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Zalewski in JH room C-202. 
    C3:  All members of the stage crew are asked to please bring a black shirt and report to C102 at the beginning of lunch and learn today for a Stage Crew pictures for the yearbook.  This is very important and our final deadline is Friday night so please make every attempt to attend.
    Ninth grade students who have scheduled to attend EWCTC next year are reminded that they need to turn in their blue cards to Mrs. Albright in the 9/10 office. 
    Students are reminded to check the 11/12 student waiting area for job opportunities. 
    Students are reminded to check the Guidance webpage for scholarships.  A variety of scholarships are added daily.
    C3: The Interact Club is asking all high school students and staff to send in pictures of you and your pet to start promoting the "Playing for Paws" charity basketball game event. Please send your pictures to Elena Mazur.
    Recently our winterguard has had a very successful season and received first place in their division last weekend and their scores have only been going up. They would like as much student support as possible to cheer on the team. The competition is at Penn Trafford this Saturday and our winterguard performs at 7:30pm. There is an admission price for the event. 
     All students registered for the blood drive please check your email for your scheduled appointment time to report to the auxiliary gym this Friday.  Please remember to bring a form of photo ID with you when you come to donate.  Please remember to eat a good breakfast and hydrate well today.  
    The Red Cross Rapid Pass on line health history is available to all staff and students registered to donate blood today.  Save up to 15 minutes at your donation by logging on to redcrossblood.org/rapidpass on the day of your donation.  Read the education materials, complete the health history questions, and print or email your pass to bring with you to the auxiliary gym at your donation time. 
    C1: The University of Pittsburgh's chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers is hosting a civil engineering day on Saturday, March 23. The Event will take place from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm in Benedum Hall. For more information about the event see Mr. Princeton in the 11/12 Office.
    Latrobe Pool is still looking for lifeguards for the summer. If you are interested, Interviews are starting the beginning of April. You must have your application in before interviews. You can pick up an application at the Latrobe Parks and Recreation office in town. 
    C3: There will be a meeting for the full membership of the drama club on Monday during Lunch and Learn 2 in Mr. Krack's room H106.  Mr. Krack and the Drama Club officers will be presenting on the International Thespian Society, a national honor society for the theater arts.  Please plan to attend!
